自宅の寝室の窓から見えるノウゼンカズラ(Campsis grandiflora)の花は
今が見ごろです。元気良く今年もつるを伸ばし今咲き誇っています。

ご先祖様は遠い昔から海や川のそばの「高台」に住居や田畑を築きましたが、いつしか忘れていて災害が多発しました。
ご先祖様は川の水を「水門」を発明して田畑に取り組むことを覚えました。
ご先祖様はまた渇水期のためにダムや貯水池を発明して水を大切に集めて保管し使うことを覚えました。

水の流れは小さな水の分子の流れです。一方の電気は電子とういう小さな粒子の流れです。特長が良く似ています。
洪水を防ぐ「高台」に相当するのが電子の世界で言うDiode (PN接合)です。バリア(堤防)電位があり電流をBlockします。
水の流れを制御する「水門」に相当するのが電子の世界で言うTransistor (NPN接合)です。
水を大切に集めて保管し使う「ダム」に相当するのが電子の世界で言う、萩原の1975年発明のPinned Photodiode(PNPN接合)です。

さらに萩原は2020年8月1日には、P+PN-P-P+ Double 接合型超光感度の新型太陽電池を発明しました。(JPA2020-131313)

応援を希望します。政府は技術イノーベーション独創性を強調しますが
生産と開発技術の工夫や特許技術が海外に流出しない為に技術者を使い
捨てにせず、年齢制限による定年制度は撤廃を希望し、大切に育て優遇
する事を企業が推進実行する様に政府が観察指導する事を希望します。
